J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Army
Entretien
First met with a Recruiter July 2012. Expressed interest in joining the Army and obtained some initial information. Follow-up visits were to build a profile of my records; where I have lived, education, work history, people that knew me from these places, and medical background. They only expect answers that have proper documentation - if you hurt your shoulder but never saw a doctor, you "never actually hurt your shoulder".
You will undergo a physical, take the ASVAB, and reserve an MOS depending on your qualifications.
Your projected date of leaving for basic training will come, you will have one more short physical at MEPS and a recheck of your contract before you leave.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Not any difficult questions, just many asking about every aspect of your life.
it was hard, took a while to understand the questions. I had to think very very hard. How to deal with a difficult employee? I spoke to them and we came to a conclusion.

Go to a recruiter. They will guide you through the entire process and help you pick a job based off of the Asvab test. Pick wisely because it will decide promotions later.

They just make sure you are qualified to join and that you don’t have any serious medical questions and that you don’t have any criminal charges that would have MEPS send you back. You can still get a waiver for a lot of things to still be able to get in.
