No process. I was recruited and had to be medically cleared before hiring. I also had to execute a contract and was obligated to complete all time listed in contract.

Walked in, and spoke to the 1sg. He was looking for a few good men; I was, in my opinion, the best he would find but things got weird when he started asking about my personal life. What I like tho do in my spare time. I didn't think it hasd anything to do work my ability to execute the mission. At the end of the day I got the job and made the 1sg blush.

Intense, but fair. Not that difficult because of my preparation. Felt confident throughout . Questions were tough but fair. Overall great experience I felt comfortable the whole time. I enjoyed the experience overall worthwhile experience
