Applied for job online, contacted by HR via email and then phone interview which was very good and polite. Invited in for a face to face within a couple of days. Interviewer had no notes and did not ask any questions, seemed to want to spend the hour talking about herself and her husband. It was more of chat than an interview. Thought it went well, especially when specifically told "I will want to see you again for a follow up" - the interviewer then sounded very "fed up" by telling me that she still had two interviews to carry out. Gave me a strong impression that I would be invited in. Had to contact HR a week later for a feedback email and was told that I had not been successful. Despite this, the HR contact was very helpful and understood the issue and was able to provide more feedback (which was not true!). Very disappointed as the reasons given for not getting further (not right experience with software) makes me wonder why I was even interviewed!

I met with a recruiter, we went over basic questions to see if I was qualified. She decided I was, said I would hear back in a week. Never heard back, two weeks later, I followed up with the recruiter and my email was ignored.
