Applied online through their website. Phone screen with recruiter. Completed Predictive Index (PI) survey, an online tool to analyze drive/motivation. In-person interview with 4 managers. They declined to make an offer because of what the PI said about me; what a waste of time. Why both interviewing someone that doesn't fit the mold?

I met with a recruiter, we went over basic questions to see if I was qualified. She decided I was, said I would hear back in a week. Never heard back, two weeks later, I followed up with the recruiter and my email was ignored.

I was invited for an initial phone screen interview within a couple of days after applying. The interviewer asked general questions to establish the extent of my experience and general fit for the position.
