After the online application and an online maths test(same as all online tests, nothing tricky), invited to a take a phone interview, really nice interviewer, mainly competency based, and classic questions like, why UBS, why risk etc.
Invited to take part in an assessment centre the next day(got a weeks notice until assessment centre). Later found out that you only get invited to the AC if at least 3 heads of desks want to interview you!
Assessment centre was actually a good day, started with an SHL 20 in 20 numerical test (same as other companies), then have to give an individual presentation to one assessor. Next comes 2 interviews(25 min each), one competency and one commercial, however both included both types of questions because you are talking to different people from different desks. Note the interviews can be with 1-3 assessors. Then we have a break where if any other assessors want to see you, you have an informal chat with them for 10 mins.
Next and finally comes the group exercise, all 9 candidates took part in a group discussion while all 8 assessors watched over us.
Got called within 24 hours with a job offer to start in July and couldn't be happier.
