HR interview first, fit and culture all via phone. Then in person interview with the head of the team to join as well as one member of the team. They had a small case study and also tested excel skills.

There are four rounds in total, After submitted your CV you have to complete two-parts online assessment and one-way video interview within 1 week. The assessments and interview are relatively longer than in other companies, video interview ~6 behavioral and situational questions
apply with cv and cover letter and then wait for quite a while. then if you get an invitation to the video interview you can go ahead and then do the interview.

Entretien
Good overall, had the basic HireVue experience, no technical questions, essentially behavioural. Why do you want to join UBS? Market awareness, why this program, previous experiences, etc. It took around 20 minutes to complete everything.
