Phone Interview with an associate regarding both competency and technical issues, not particularly difficult but be careful to know well about the bank and recent news.
Be prepared to answer to some tricky competency questions (such as "when did U find yourself late with a deadline?)

straightforward, around a month a lot of situational questions, few technical. The HR department is very helpful and will answer any questions. They organize a call with you before the final assessment to make sure you are on track.

Applied online and had a 30 minute phone interview. The analyst on the call was polite and the interview was more conversational than interviews I've had at other firms.

Entretien
Firstly I completed the online tests which consisted of a numerical and logical. After a few weeks I had an invitation to a telephone interview, and then around 2 weeks after that I was invited to the assessment centre.
The assessment centre lasted 5 hours and included completing the numerical test again on paper, 2 x 30 minute interviews (competency and commercial), an individual presentation and a group exercise.
