J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez UBS (New York, NY) en janv. 2012
Entretien
It began with a phone screen: it was mostly behavioral. I was asked about my past internship experience and basic accounting questions: such as what is accretive and what is dilutive? describe P/E ratio etc. Then the final round was held in New York. There were 3 rounds of back-to-back interview with UBS' executives. They will dig deeper into your resume and ask about your experience.
Informal and 50/50 split between behavioral and technical. Consisted of 4 phone calls with various members of the team, starting with director, and then Senior Associate, and then Analyst for the more technical interview.
Standard technicals, but not the best culturally. Asked to walk through M&A transaction, as well as mental math. Asked to talk to previous experiences, particularly past technical experience. Very very serious.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Mental math IE- a rope burns from two ends at 30 minutes... etc
