I was invited to a first round telephone interview. The next (and final) stage in the process is an assessment centre. The first round was a telephone interview with someone from HR and it was mainly competency based. Before this I had to submit an online application and do tests in numerical and logical tests.

I did an online test, a Sonru video interview followed by an Assessment Centre where you had to do a case study and 2 other competency interviews. The case study was more or less a stock pitch and presented to 2 people from the firm with Q&A.
