Despite taking 2 rounds of interview, confirming with me if i will be available for their required shifts for the required role, i was rejected due to the reason that I had done 2 switches before in a short time. also explained the reasons for my switches, one of which was related to COVID layoff. If they wanted to reject me for the switch reason, they should not have taken 2 hours of interview as I had mentioned everything about my previous experience and job in the CV when I applied.
