First round with initial screening and online tests. Then it is required the recording of a video interview in which you have to answer to 8 questions. For each one of them you have around 1 minute to answer and 30 seconds to prepare with the question on "Why UBS?" that lasts 2 minutes.

Entretien
There are four rounds in total, After submitted your CV you have to complete two-parts online assessment and one-way video interview within 1 week. The assessments and interview are relatively longer than in other companies, video interview ~6 behavioral and situational questions
apply with cv and cover letter and then wait for quite a while. then if you get an invitation to the video interview you can go ahead and then do the interview.

Entretien
Good overall, had the basic HireVue experience, no technical questions, essentially behavioural. Why do you want to join UBS? Market awareness, why this program, previous experiences, etc. It took around 20 minutes to complete everything.
