I received a call back shortly after applying online. Fairly short interview. Asked what I knew about financial markets and financial analysis. Fairly basic. Also just went over my resume a bit and asked about relevant work experience. Said they would call back after reviewing other applications

Complete online assessment and video interview, waited for about two months and received super day invitation in late October. Received offer to join the team in November. Interview consists of commercial + behavioral questions. Just practice more on the key statements relationship and develop ur own view for the market then you will be fine.
