In 2003 when I applied online from Monster.com, I was called within 2 weeks of my application. My first interview was with HR and the hiring manager. I was then called in for a second interview with business partners, co-workers, direct report and IT counter parts. The third interview was with the head of the department. Within one week I received my offer and began work at UBS 3 weeks later.
