Numerical test (like all other banks, same stuff) Group exercise one 1:1 interview with a senior employee Culture: The only thing I can say is that my interviewer was a very friendly guy (he rejected me at the end though) I rated the interview as Negative, because it all went so smooth (much better than other AC's I had at other banks/companies) yet they still declined me for a reason that doesn't sound convincing (I asked for a feedback), all I can remember from the feedback: You were "very good" at the numerical test You were good at the group exercise You answered "a question about blah blah" during the 1:1 interview in a bad way, that's why you got rejected ! wow, maybe you want a perfect candidate then, I have A stars (yes A* not just A+) in almost all my Maths modules, and my tutors recognize me as one of the brightest students (Maths/Programming tutors only), I have experience more than all other candidates on the assessment day. Believe me, I'm not lying about myself, I'm just stating fact and not being modest.
