Entretien
My interview process was fairly standard. A friend referred me and put in a good word with HR. I had to complete an online profile. This was followed up with a phone screen and 4 in-person interviews. They were in need of someone fairly quickly, so hiring process was accelerated. Key would be to work your network. Without a recruiter or inside connection, it seems difficult to get in here.

Depends on your role, expertise, experience and scope that you are applying for, they will then determine how many stages, how many rounds, how many interviewers are required for the interview process.

Entretien
There are generally three rounds of interview with final round with MD or equivalent generally. Difficulty level of the interview varies but all three rounds are technical in nature. Sometimes there could be two rounds only with third being HR
