Completely chaotic - inconsistent communication, silence for weeks on end, went through 4 rounds which took in total 4 months and was abruptly rejected with no feedback. They had two recruiters on this who had absolutely no idea what was happening. Management seemed uninvested in actually hiring anyone and had no sense of urgency (I'm talking taking two weeks to schedule an interview, abruptly cancelling 20min beforehand and then taking another two weeks to reschedule etc.). Weird thing is I see this job posted every few weeks on LinkedIn and I have no idea why. I asked for their timeline to hire and they always said ASAP but clearly not.
