I submitted my application directly at their career web site. About one week later, an recruiter contacted me to schedule a first round phone interview. This was not a technical interview, just brief talked with a HR for some general behavioral questions. At the end of the interview, the HR scheduled an online code test with me. I chose to take the code test at the same day. The test contained two programming questions, sent through emails. I was asked to finished the questions using either C, C++ or Java and send the solutions back within two hours. They did not count the time you took to solve the problems. The correctness is the top priority. The difficulty of the coding problems were average. My first problem is a mixture of string and integer sorting. My second problem is a simulation of data transfer between data centers. Personally I felt it was a big pressure to do this in two hours. I was able to get the correct output at the last minute. One week later, I got their response, saying that I did not pass the code test.
