Very simple process. 3 interviews with leetcode style + some behavioral. The interviewers were friendly and had good humor. Unfortunately they did not give a feedback and ghosted me. I would like the feedback as if there is something missing it is good to know what happened. Seems that ghosting is something very common for trip lisbon.

Recusada em menos de 24 horas, sem qualquer feedback. O email era no-reply, sem ninguém dos recursos humanos atribuído. O processo foi extremamente impessoal e claramente avaliado por Inteligência Artificial, sem consideração humana.

Had an HR interview, then a tech interview. Although the role focused on frontend, the technical interview was heavily backend-oriented, which felt unexpected and misaligned with the job description and expectations.
