First step is a zoom interview with a recruitment agency from the US. From there if you are selected it will be sent to the HR of the country where you will be working at.

Phone call w/ hiring personnel, skype interview with Oxford personnel This whole process was unprofessional. Had to reach out to the hiring person for an update. I was told I'd have an answer by the end of the week ( it was Wednesday) Another 10 days went by before I heard anything else. No one should have to wait multiple weeks for a yes or a no. To top it all off after going through multiple interviews and waiting several weeks I was advised they went with an internal candidate. I feel for all the other external candidates who had their time wasted as well.
