Had phone and in person interviews. Everyone was incredibly nice and professional. Went well however I lived outside the location needed for the job. After working for small companies for so long I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and kindness. Will continue to apply for Travelers positions. Fill in words: and be two one apple pause

Phone interview, Zoom interview with two managers, peer time and Director interview. All done in one two hr zoom call. They do provide breaks between each part. Offer next day. Background is very thorough.

Standard phone screening. Lengthy assessment test.
Some questions very easy. Others very difficult. Most important thing is to get through the easy questions so you don't leave any unanswered and then spend remaining time on the harder questions. Interview consists of a team approach with questions asked in the STAR format.
