I interviewed for a dispatcher position. The first step was a phone screen. Unlike other phone interviews the recruiter didn't ask me any questions- instead she signed me up for a job fair. In the job fair they give you a name tag with a color dot- the dot represents the department for the position you applied for. You have a one on one interview with a hiring manager. After they go over benefits then you meet with employees in the department you work for so they can tell you about the company. If selected you then have an interview with the hr director and the vp for your position. During the interview with the department manager he decided that I would be perfect as a notice of loss coordinator. After a month they created the position for me then sent me an offer. I accepted the offer but ended up not getting the position. I will tell you this please pay close attention to the dates you put on your employment application if you enter the date wrong even in error they will find your background unsatisfactory. I accidently put my graduation date as a date that I started one job which was over 7 years ago. Everything else was perfect my drug test my current and other former employer my insurance license all of my certifications and my education but because I entered one date wrong I lost the position and the ability to apply for other positions. I wrote this review to help others avoid this. If you are doing the employment application get all of the paperwork including your w2s before you complete the application just to make sure the dates you enter are accurate.

First you start with a 30 min phone interview, then you get a call about an in-person interview. Right after the in-person interview you will do a 15 min shadow with a Dispatcher. Then you will do another in-person interview and if hired, will need to go through a thorough background check.

Online application resulted in a short phone screening. They had short interviews with 2 interviewers - this was part of an "open house". Questions were mainly behavioral questions. I was interviewed by a manager and a senior manager. The interview process has since changed and the initial screening is handled by the talent acquisition team prior to any full interview without the actual hiring managers being involved until talent acquisition sends them resumes. Form what I have heard, it has significantly lengthened the time before you learn if you moved on in the process.
