phone interview. Then I went to Travelers and did a "skills-test". Test on math and reading skills that was on the computer, no results are given. After that was the In-person interview with three different people from people who went through the program. Mostly Tell me a time when... type of questions. They were definitely looking for something specific.

Got a phone interview then I got an email for an in person interview shortly after. Got to the interview, not one person that was supposed to interview me was there so different people did the interviews. Everyone seemed very nice and all said they liked me and would put in a good word, etc... didn't hear back until 6 or 7 months later with an automated email saying I didn't get it.
