the interviews was great. have 3 panel interviewers and each ask questions about customer services. they are all very nice, professional. they asked to do role play for the customer service position. I would love to work for the company.

It was a 3 step interview. First one over the phone, then a longer video interview with 2 unit managers who asked several behavioral questions, and finally a shorter video interview with upper management. It was a smooth process, and everybody was extremely friendly.
