Lengthy interview process with very little communication. I was interviewed by 7 different individuals for a role. It has been over three weeks since my final interview, and I still have heard nothing back in terms of a decision. The recruiter continues to tell me that they are still interviewing candidates and that it will take a bit longer. I would much rather be turned down for the position rather than be strung along and waiting. It seems that Travelers has little respect for job candidates. Disappointing as I heard they were such a great company.
