After I applied online, I received an email about a week later from one of the recruiters asking to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted a little more than an hour. The recruiter was very pleasant and asked questions about my resume and what I liked and did not like from each one of my jobs. It was a little difficult but the recruiter made me feel at ease. After that I received a phone call that I passed the phone interview and I needed to come in to take a 3-hour assessment which tested my math, excel, comprehension, writing, excel, reading skills. It was not as hard as I thought it would be. A couple of days later, I received a phone call to schedule a in-person interview that lasted about 3 hours. It was with a supervisor, a claims representative who you shadowed for about 30 minutes and able to ask all the questions you would like, and then the department manager. I felt very comfortable talking to the supervisor and claims representative. The questions were very behavioral based and I had to give a lot of examples. The interview with the department manager was more intimidating and I had to answer questions about why I wanted to work for Travelers and what kind of employee I would be. I was told at the interview that I would hear back from them in two weeks whether or not I got the job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is one unique trait that you would bring to the position?
The process is a bit tedious. I did three interviews. The first interview is a phone interview, second and third are zoom interviews with some higher ups, The phone interview was fairly short. The zoom interviews were about 20 minutes, not too long. They ask you a lot of situational questions, so be prepared for that. The third interview is a bit of a replica of the second interview, except with different people. The second interview will contain very similar questions to the first interview's questions.

Applied for the position on Indeed. Approximately 2 days later, I was asked to take an on-line assessment. Upon completion of the assessment, I received a message stating: "The on-line assessment is completed and someone may be in contact with you". Approximately 1 week later an Human Resources Representative contacted me and we scheduled a short telephone interview. It was a basic information gathering interview. A couple of afterwards, a Zoom interview was scheduled for a more in-depth interview with the management at the department I applied for. Again, it was a basic and approximately and hour long. Right after that interview, I had a little question and answer with a "peer". It was good and I got some great information. After that meeting, I was transferred to another manager and had another 45 minute to 1 hour Zoom meeting. Again, it was great and everyone at Travelers was awesome. About 3 days later; A HR Rep contacted me and I was offered the position.

The Interview process was really quick. My phone screening was on a Monday, I had an interview with two managers on a Wednesday, and then the sectional manager on a Friday. Then was offered the job the next Monday.
