It was a phone interview, and it was pretty casual. Hr told me they would speak back to me after a week for the next round of interview. They have two rounds in total.

The interview process was very rigorous but thoughtful and engaging. You can tell that Travelers really cares about hiring qualified and interested candidates. I participated in four different interviews with different team members. I also shadowed a few employees to get an idea of what the job would be like. I was also tested on some introductory skills related to underwriting.
