Was interviewed over the phone for a hybrid position. Questions were positive and closely related to the position. Offered follow up second interview, but I had already accepted a different position.

Applied online and was contacted by HR. Had a one hour phone interview and was offered an in office interview with the head of the department and an employee in the role I was interviewing for.
