Communication was great! Long process but everyone was very helpful and answered any questions along the way. You could tell everyone you spoke with really had positive things about working for Travelers. Behavioral interviewing is big in the second interview but all the staff made me feel very comfortable with the process and talked to you like you were having a normal conversation.
