Some of their HR staff are very rude and they are not efficient. Remember, they are supposed to prepare you for the interview by letting you know the schedule in detail. So if they forget to call you, call them instead. It's a big company and they are definitely hiring lots of people. People I met with have very different backgrounds. All interviews are behavior based. But they also ask technique questions. The whole process is very long. They interview hundreds of people.
