      Entretien

      I had a phone interview and then two zoom interviews with hiring managers. Every person I interacted with was wonderful. Very professional and friendly and made me comfortable. I had to decline my offer due to a change in my circumstances but I will definitely try to work for Travelers in the future.

      Applied and immediately received the assessment. Took and passed the assessment, however at the time wasn't 100% sure due to the ambiguous message, "you may hear back from us...lol. I heard back via email and set-up an initial phone interview, which I felt went really well and knew I would move on to the 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was with two managers and it was intense. They asked all of the basic STAR questions. I was prepared, so even though it was pretty intense, I felt it went well. I was right, as at the end of that interview, I was asked if I had time for a 3rd interview, which of course I said yes to. Before the interview, I shadowed a current employee, who explained the job, shared their screen, and answered a few questions; standard things you'd expect when interviewing for this type of job. The 3rd interview kind of threw me though, as there were four or five other candidates in the zoom meeting. Needless to say, I wasn't expecting that, however, I went with the flow and participated in the small talk that was going on. There were also several managers on the call. After introductions and niceties the main manager advised that we would all go to break out rooms with a particular manager in order to complete the last interview. For whatever reason, the manager that I was supposed to interview with was changed. Based on this, I knew I would not get the job. Oh yea, when we were all in the zoom meeting, the main manager said, "we'll let you know in two weeks if you got the job or not. I did not receive an offer by the end of two weeks, but did receive a sorry blah, blah, blah email a few days afterwards. To be 100% honest I'm not surprised I didn't receive an offer, as I did my homework and read tons of interviews/reviews and it seems this company only wants young green college graduates, AND that's definitely not me...lol. The interview process is waaayyyyyy too involved/difficult for a customer service position. I really felt like this was a lot of stress and time wasted for a position that doesn't even pay 40k/yr

      Entretien

      Interview process seemed a little intense 3 interviews in total but, it was actually very easy. All three interviews asked almost the same questions just worded differently. The interviewers were very nice and made interviewing less nerve wrecking.
