Applied through my university's career database. First I had a phone Screen with current TDLP participant. Then, a phone call with university recruiter. Then a Virtual interview with 1 non-technical person and 1 technical person

It felt just like a normal interview. You sit in front of two directors and they ask you pretty typical behavioral questions. Tell us a time you x, what made you want to get into leadership, and what would you do if x. They may ask you about your specific experience so be prepared to answer.

Easy conversation with the recruiter and a current software engineer. Mostly behavioral with a technical conversation as well. The last interview is with the program manager, which is mostly behavioral too.
