Multi-Part, very thorough and informative. It gives you a good look into the actual job. Very long process but worth it to not have multiple separate interviews on different days.

      Entretien

Job was posted late August and I applied mid September. After applying I received an email to do an assessment, completed that same day ( took about 40 minutes ) About a week later a received an email for a phone interview. Phone interview was scheduled early October. The phone interview was short about 35 minutes, the recruiter was personable. The next morning I woke up to a email saying I was no longer in consideration, a few hours later I get a call asking to schedule an interview. I explained that I had received a decline letter and confirmed it was for that same position. The manager brushed over it asking if could do a 3 hour interview in less than 48 hours. We ended up scheduling my interview for a week later. (I do not have the ability to take take a half day of pto with such sort notice) The interview started off well the first 2 people were kind, well spoken and informative. The third person was explaining the job and was also pleasant and concise. Lastly, I meet with 3 others, seemed to be senior leadership. This was where my experience went downhill. They were late to the call, one was very personable, he asked a few questions. The other 2 seemed like they were not interested in me or to be on the call. They said they would follow up in 2 weeks. About a week and a half goes by and I received a (ats) generic decline letter, sent at 3am. I waited 2 more days and call since I had experience with receiving the decline letter and still being under consideration. It is confirmed that they do not want to move forward with me. My gut tells me I dogged a bullet. The generic decline emails have a place in the hiring process but after a candidate has had to take a half day of pto to meet with you and / or spent over 4 hours with the interview process, I feel that they deserve a phone call or a hand typed email thanking them for their time.
