I applied to Travelers September 2020. There were 3 interviews. The first was a 30 minute phone call. The next two interviews were 45 minutes each, one was more technical and the other was behavioral.

It felt just like a normal interview. You sit in front of two directors and they ask you pretty typical behavioral questions. Tell us a time you x, what made you want to get into leadership, and what would you do if x. They may ask you about your specific experience so be prepared to answer.

Easy conversation with the recruiter and a current software engineer. Mostly behavioral with a technical conversation as well. The last interview is with the program manager, which is mostly behavioral too.
