A recruiter contacted me on linked in to see if I was interested in a new job- although I was still currently employed. I contacted her back and said that I would be interested and she set up a phone call within a week. We discussed my skills and she then set up an additional call with the hiring manager. I chatted with the hiring manager about my skills, qualifications, and contributions I could make to her team.
