Applied online through my university, then was contacted and asked to do a 45 min phone interview. The phone interview was not difficult but the questions did not seem to match the company or industry. Make sure to know some information about insurance products if you apply.

Long but thorough! Felt like I really had a sense for who I'd be working with and the culture. All interviewers left sufficient time for me to also ask questions, which was really helpful!

There was a bout 10 questions from two interviewers. Most of the questions are asking regarding giving a good example during a time of an event you are able to resolve your or how you were about to go through the event.
