J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Travelers
Entretien
Extremely long for no reason whatsoever. Don't even waste your time going through the steps and waiting the enormous amount of time for them to even contact you. They treat you in a condescending manner when the only thing they achieved in life is working in insurance. The 2 months it will take from start to finish, you can find 10 better jobs.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Irrelevant situational questions that don't even relate to the job duties. Claims is a person-to-person job, atleast get to know the personality of the person and not crap like "what do you hate the most about your current job"
I had 2 interviews. First was an interview with 2 unit managers and the last interview was with the VP of the department. They asked the basic questions asking for prior work experience and they asked scenario based questions.

The interview process was good. I initially spoke to an HR rep out of state, followed by an in-person meeting with two members of their leadership team in the Alpharetta office, followed by a meeting with a VP the next week. About a month after that I was accepted for the job.
