The interview process was very long. This company demanding with no cansideration for candidates. I applied online was contacted by a recruiter the next day to attend a job fair only two days later, where I had an open interview in a noisy room with other candidates the open house was 3 hours long was instructed from my recruiter to dress business professional and bring resumes the interviewer did not want a resume and NO ONE was dressed business professional. I was then invited to take a 4 hour assessment two days before the assessment date and was informed, if I couldn't make time for the test date I may not be chosen, how inconsiderate. The test was very easy. However I was informed I did not pass and they would not give out results a complete waste of time if they do not care about candidates they must not care much about employees.
