It's a process. Two interviews with multiple people and the process takes forever. Be prepared to answer situational questions. During the first interview they go over salary range and benefits available. Before you go in for an interview they do a phone interview to screen if it worth their time to meet with you or not.

The initial telephone interview was somewhat difficult as the interviewer was unaware of the specifics of the legalities of the position within Wisconsin. The questions were rapid paced and very business like and there was no chance to form any type of a back and forth communication. I was very unsure of how I did after this interview.
