I got there a bit early. the secretary provided a very comfortable place for me to wait - offered me something coffee/water. First interview was with the Senior VP (hiring managers supervisor). We spent 20 - 30 minutes discussing my career, achievements, goals and ambitions. Next, I met the hiring manager. Spent about 30 - 40 minutes. Next met with a peer of the hiring manager. Interview went extremely well, met supervisor, their supervisor and others in the team. The whole process was over 2 hours so they certainly spent sufficient time with me
