Got an email from recruiter and then scheduled the interview with hiring manager! I was prepared and ready! But it was chaos. People were so unprofessional! I really wonder how did they even get jobs in the first place. 0 etiquette! Scheduled with one person and 3 people show up! Dude when u send an invite give clear instructions on who is going to be on the panel. Let the candidate know if its a technical round, behavioral or mixed. And the interviewers are soo pathetic! When one person asks a question and I start to answer the other person interrupts and asks a question and when I try to answer that other person raises a question before even I finish explaining! What kind of an interview is this? Have some sense before you interview candidates! I am glad that I am not into this team who doesn’t have basic common sense! Even if I was offered the role I would have definitely turned it down!
