Applied online, but was referred by an employee so I was called almost immediately to come in and meet with HR. Face to face meeting with recruiter from HR, then multiple panel interviews with various levels of management (Managers, Senior Analysts) that lasted 4 hours. Took several weeks to hear back about the outcome.

7 separate interviews over the course of 3.5 hours. I met with pairs of people ranging from analyst to Director of Inv. Mgt. HEAVILY pushed the Mission and Values of the company.
