Very professional management will greet you and introduce you to the company/background of it. They will then show you to the sales floor where all the desks are set up with headphones and monitors to do the work. They'll have you shadow two agents to show you the ropes and strategies on how they do the job. After about an hour of that, you'll go into the interview room where the interview process happens as well ask you what you thought of the actual job, which i appreciate from them to show you how the company actually operates before going into it. While I did not move forward with the interview process, they were very courteous to me and communicated very openly about everything during the interview process.

Got a phone call from a recruiter and set up a time to go in. Shadowed two great brokers who showed me the job. Next interview was a series of test covering history of the company, math, and geography. The geography one they gave me a cheat sheet and the company was just the practice test. Then I interviewed with the team lead on my final interview. They said they would get back to me the next day. I never heard from them again even after follow up emails. Very unprofessional.
