Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter a couple of days later. I first had a phone interview where I was immediately invited in for a 4 hour in-person interview. The in person interview started with a "test" that covered time zones, simple math and history of the company. Then, I met with the recruiter I talked to on the phone and she and a person who was shadowing her interviewed me. I'm not sure if this was intentional but they were very rude. When asked, I told them that what drove me to be successful was to one day give back to my parents for all they had given to me. Their interpretation of that was that I had never worked a day in my life and bluntly asked me why I would even need a job if my parents "pay for everything". I was so taken back I almost laughed. They then went on to talk about how my past background was irrelevant to the job and wasnt "real work". Despite the weirdest interview I had ever had, they passed me on to their hiring manager. The hiring manager and sales manager were very friendly but asked 95% of the same questions I was asked by the sales recruiter just minutes before. They definitely try to scare you out of the job and break you down by inferring that you are not cut out for the job. I left the interview feeling like I had done horrible and that I didnt make a good impression on any one person I met. As I left, I saw dozens of other applicants going through the same process I did earlier in the day. They informed me that at their headquarters office where I was applying, they hire on around 20 people every 2 weeks! The turnover on this job must be out of the world. I was offered the position and turned it down, it wasnt a very difficult decision.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
