J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Total Quality Logistics
Entretien
The process was a basic phone screen, teams interview, and shadow/manager interview. This company is not transparent about pay other than a 10k range of base and commission structure. Managers will base experience with previous pay to arrive at a salary. The recruiter wasn't too pleased when told asking for applicant past salary in my state was illegal. They also don't value work/life balance and was explained they're basically looking for someone that's very competitive and willing to work longer hours to be successful. Days after the interview felt this was not the right opportunity only to receive a rejection letter. Bullet dodged! Despite my background being in management and Human Resources I receive a call from another recruiter trying to talk me into a sales representative position.

There were 3 interviews in the interview process. First was a phone screen interview just gauging interest and capabilities for position. The second interview was over Teams with a the same recruiter from the first interview with some more in depth questions about capabilities and typical interview questions, along the lines of a phone screen as well. The third interview was in person and you meet with the recruiter on site who leads you to shadow a broker for a short period of time. After shadowing the broker, you go into about an hour long interview with at least two hiring managers.
