Initial phone interview was easygoing, with a recruiter but you have to prepare a sales pitch for an entry level position. After setting up the next interview, you have to take a 50 states/time zones test, a typing test, and a math test. Additionally, you have to provide all of the information for a background check. This all took a decent chunk of time for someone who has only made it past the initial screening. I was told that my second interview would be held virtually with the hiring manager, but it was with the same recruiter. The virtual program they used was difficult to navigate, and it provided a horrible quality experience. The recruiter was honestly quite rude in this interview. Never in my life did I think I would be told being a team-player is an undesirable trait. I also received negative feedback for my motive being to help other people and companies by offering a high-quality service while striving to develop my sales skills. I was told that is not a good motive. They make it sound like they want a self-centered jerk to be in this position. Furthermore, the work hours are ridiculously long for $35k/year. Not only are you expected to work 10 hours/day (12 during 6 month training), but you also must work every other Saturday and be available 24/7. I'm not too sure if I want to move forward in the process.
