They came to my college (state university) and had attractive girls (around 25 years old) promoting the company. I found out that these representatives had not been with the company for more than 3 months, which made me suspicious. The following day they did on-campus interviews. Following these interviews, they "invited" me into the office for another interview from management and to take an assessment test. Upon my immediate entrance to the office, I knew there was no way I wanted to work at TQL. It is a massive call center, with webcams on every employee's computer monitoring their every move. TQL brags that they have a "young, fresh, outgoing" group of employees, but this is because it is not a requirement to have a college degree, so the only people who will take a job working 10+ hours a day, for 6 days a week while doing telesales will be a younger crowd. Additionally, the top manager told me I had to be willing to "eat, breathe, sleep, dream and nightmare" about logistics. I'm sorry, but I didn't get a college degree to dedicate my life to a half-hide salary and slave working conditions. My advice to anyone considering interviewing - unless you are in extreme desperation, look elsewhere. This job has an extremely high turnover and they will work you like a dog and expect you to like it.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
