The two recruiters I spoke with were lacking professionalism and did not seem to care at all. (Sounded like they did not like their jobs). I received a call from the first recruiter and he was not very enthusiastic and said nothing that made me want to work there.. it was almost discouraging. Anyways, I had a 15 minute phone interview where they asked about my previous experience, but then stopped me mid-sentence so I could repeat what I just said. I am sure he was multitasking because it sounded like I was being switched on and off "mute" with a lot of background noise at times. I could tell he wasn't paying attention to what I had to say. I thought a recruiters main job was to find prospective candidates for positions that their company is trying to fill? Finally, I spoke with another recruiter a few days after the first phone interview and they were short, brief and uninformative about the job with their repetitive questions and answers. I think that TQL should offer better training and offer some more incentives to recruiters so that they can perform their jobs better.

Interviewer seemed very uninterested. Multiple times was telling me about how quickly she had to finish. Interview was not hard but she rushed me through it. Some of the questions also didn’t seem to make sense for the role.
