Very quick and easy interview, however the homework for the last interview made me feel as if I was doing work for them for free. After reading reviews from businesses working with TQL I decided this company was not for me. The recruiter seemed overly nice and informed me she gets paid commission on recruiting, which also made me unsure about working there.

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
