I was contacted by one of TQL's recruiters and we set up a phone interview at first after they asked me if I could go in person to their location for a second interview and shadow a few employees. The recruiter was always very courteous and communicated with me all the way through. Before arriving I had to do a quick homework on some carriers and find some leads. In the location I interviewed with the manager and a trainee manager who actually conducted the interview. questions were mostly about the resume and my experiences.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
