J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Total Quality Logistics (Houston, TX) en nov. 2015

phone Interview, onsite interview with recruiter and quiz, then onsite interview with office manager. They really like to stress how much you could earn in commissions but was very confusing in how they presented how their pay works. After working there for a few months you will realize that you will only get commission IF... you earn more in commission than your salary and that your customer has to pay within 30 days. If you cant get you customer to pay on time or you don't make more than your weekly salary, you get 0 commission.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Total Quality Logistics en avr. 2026

First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
